Ninja Theory Ltd was formed in November 2004 in Cambridge, England, by Nina Kristensen, Mike Ball, Tameem Antoniades and Jez San OBE. Ninja Theory was formerly known as Just Add Monsters and is the same team behind a game published in 2003 by Microsoft Game Studios, Kung Fu Chaos. Their latest project, Heavenly Sword for the Sony PlayStation 3 was released September 2007 and features a "free style" combat action system.
