Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2 is a video game of the hunting genre released in 2005 by Sand Grain Studios. The game is a sequel to 2003's Cabela's Dangerous Hunts. The game this time around is a game of survival rather than hunting. The player takes a role of a famous hunter that tries to find out who or what killed his best friend by traveling through many different terrain types. Just like the first game, the hunter has a limited amount of energy, and can be injured which results in failure. In this game there are many weapons, including handguns, rifles, shotguns, and knives. The game also includes many different animals (listed below) including a boss - the famous Yeti. Unlike the first game this one has only the story mode feature. This game was given a 6.4/10 by IGN and 5.9/10 by the press.
