Bei der für die meisten weniger bekannten 1C Company gab es einige viel verprechende Spiele zusehen. Als erstes wäre da Kings Bounty, welches mich zunächst an Heroes of Might and Magic erinnerte. Allerdings handelt es sich hier um ein RPG also kein Basenbau oder ähnliches. Einen Trailer gibt es hier. Viel interessanter und auch der Grund warum ich 1C sehen wollte waren die 3D Shooter Necrovision und Cryostasis. Ersteres spielt zur Zeit des ersten Weltkriegs, aber keine sorge es ist kein Kriegs

While virtually unknown in the West, 1C:Predpriyatie (1C:Enterprise) is a market leader in Russia. The comprehensive suite, current version being 8.1.11, includes Accounting, Contact Management, Inventory Management, Document Management, Web Client, and more. The suite is used by tens of thousands of Russian corporations. 1C was one of the first Russian private companies to be awarded with the Russian Federation Government Award in Science in 2002 for development and implementation of 1C:Predpriyatiye.
1C also develops and distributes other popular applications from well-known Russian companies such as Kaspersky Lab, ABBYY, Promt and others.
Entertainment software
1C is perhaps best known outside of Russia for developing the famous IL-2 Sturmovik line of flight sims that includes Forgotten Battles and Pacific Fighters. 1C has also developed Theatre Of War which is a World War II land-based game published in the west by Battlefront.com; 1C has a long history of in-house development, as well as funding independent developers. Other notable games funded and/or developed by 1C include Soldiers: Heroes of WWII and the sequel Faces of War, the Silent Storm series, and Pirates of the Caribbean, among others. It has been announced that some of their past games will be republished by Atari on Nintendo's Virtual Console.
